BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
- Verified driver must be 25 years or older.
- A verified driver must accompany the RV for the duration of the rental period.
- US residents must provide a valid U.S. driver’s license (A copy of driver's license is required at pick up):
- Drivers must have a good driving record.
- The license must not expire during the rental period.
- Temporary licenses are not accepted.
- Provide up to date automotive insurance (a copy of your insurance is required at pick up).
- Provide automotive insurance for the tow vehicle. If renting a motorhome automotive insurance is still required.
- International customers must provide a valid passport.

More than one verified driver is allowed. All additional drivers must:
- Be added to your guest dashboard under the booking details page.
- Provide a valid U.S. driver's license at pick up ( a copy is required).

* U.S. military service members are eligible for a full refund if their cancellation is due to them, or a family member, entering active military duty.
We have a dog friendly pet policy! There is a one-time $50 fee. If you choose to bring a dog(s) linens, towels and pillows will NOT be included with your rental. All of these items are the responsibility of the renter.
Non-canine animals, (to include "emotional support" animals), are NOT allowed inside our rental units. If it has been discovered that a non-canine animal has been inside your rental unit (i.e. cat hair, feathers, scales, cat litter, etc.) there will be a $250.00 Pet cleaning fee subtracted from the customer's security deposit on file and you will not be allowed to rent with us again in the future.
Please use your best judgement when determining if your canine will be a good traveling partner, well-behaved in a campground setting and respectful of the RV. Any interior damage to the camper will result in forfeiture of your security deposit.
Dogs are NOT allowed on any furniture in the RV. Dogs staying in our RVs must have regular flea/tick treatments. If any fleas/ticks are found in the RV after your rental, pest control treatment will come out of your security deposit.
The RV should be returned largely in the condition it was received. If the RV is returned with dirty dishes, trash, and/or is super dirty (sand, dust, mud etc.), a $125 excessive cleaning fee may apply. In order to make cleaning easier for our staff and to ensure we can keep our prices low for our customers we ask that you please make sure the following is done prior to returning your unit:
- Remove all trash from inside the unit.
- Clean all dishware, cooking utensils and cookware.
- Wipe down all counters and tabletops.
- Remove your leftover food from fridge and cabinets.
- Place all used towels in shower.
- Strip all used bedding/pillows and place in a pile on the bed.
Motorhome: 100 free miles per day. $0.35 for every additional mile.
Motorhome will have a full tank of gas at pick-up and must be returned with a full tank of gas. If not returned full, we will charge a $50 service fee and $4.00 per gallon for each additional gallon of gas needed to fill the tank.
Travel Trailers: Unlimited mileage.
FEES
More than 14 days away:
- If a booking is more than 14 days away, you can choose to pay the full reservation deposit or split it into 2 installments.
Less than 14 days away:
- If, at the time of booking, the start date of your trip is less than 14 days away, the reservation is charged in full.
The security deposit is due 2 days before pick-up and will be released 7 days or less after your reservation ends pending no issues.
- Towable Trailers have a $500 security deposit
- Drivable RVs have a $1,000 security deposit.
The security deposit will be held on your credit card, once the RV is returned in acceptable condition and inspected the full deposit will be released. This security deposit covers the costs in the event there are missing or damaged items to the inside or the outside of the RV during the rental.
Pick up and drop off appointments are scheduled at checkout. This is not a time range these are scheduled appointment times. If you need to adjust your times please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request.
Please keep the following in mind regarding your scheduled appointment time:
- If a customer is late to their scheduled pick up or drop off appointment a $100/hour fee will be added to their reservation. Please make sure to plan accordingly and show up to your appointment times as scheduled.
- If you are over an hour past your appointment time and have not notified us that you are going to be late the reservation will be canceled. No shows will receive no refund.
- If you are running late due to unforeseen circumstances we ask that you let us know at least an hour prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow our staff to adjust the schedule as necessary.

There will be a $100 fee for every hour past your scheduled pick-up/drop-off time. We have multiple units coming and going. We need time to get the RVs ready for the next guest.
*PLEASE NOTE:
- We do NOT schedule pick-ups or drop-offs on major U.S. Holidays including: July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
- All pick-up and drop-off appointments MUST be scheduled with Joyride at the time of your reservation.
- Please allow the time indicated for walkthroughs, orientation, signing of forms, damage inspections, etc.
Delivery available within 65 miles of Springfield, MO city limits for an additional fee of $300. Please select "Delivery" on the "Add-Ons" section at check out. Then email us your reservation number and the delivery location and campsite number once your reservation is complete. Delivery is subject to availability, so please let us know in advance if you’d like this service and we will check if its available.
Our delivery fee includes:
- Delivery & Pick Up of unit
- Complete set up of the unit
- Final dumping of black/gray tanks
- Initial filling of the fresh water tank
- Walk thru
- Tear down
You may schedule a pick up/drop off for an RV on Saturday or Sunday between 10:00 am - 12:00 pm.

INSURANCE
There are three levels of insurance protection so renters can choose the most suitable level of protection for their needs. Each level provides different collision coverage, liability coverage, and additional services. You can find these packages in the booking process on eligible rentals. Package pricing varies with each rental. Pricing is determined by a variety of factors, including vehicle type and value.
This coverage applies to all of our vehicles and when we have provided the keys to a verified driver.
Here are the three choices of insurance coverage for renters:

Stationary insurance is required for all delivered units. This covers the unit if anything happens while it is parked. Stationary insurance is half the cost of the standard insurance required since the unit is not moving anywhere. Stationary insurance includes:

- Note: Moving a stationary-only vehicle during the rental period voids coverage

Please check your vehicles towing capacity, then carefully read the units description to find weight and details. You can find your vehicle's towing capacity on your vehicle's door jamb sticker.

To avoid additional charges, all of the following should be addressed:
- RV ACCESSORIES- The Renter must ensure that all accessories that came with the RV are returned with the unit. This includes items such as: Remotes, refrigerator drawers, curtains, cushions, TVs etc. As well as the exterior items such as: water hose, sewer hose, electric cord & wheel chocks, stabilizer cranks and hitch components (if included), etc.
- RENTED ITEMS- All add-on items must be accounted for.
- CLEANING THE RV- All of the kitchen utensils, plates, bowls, mugs, cups and silverware must be cleaned before returning the RV. All of the trash must be taken out prior to drop-off. Please use the broom/dust pan to sweep up any large messes on the floor of the RV.
- DUMPING OF TANKS- The black and gray tanks must be dumped before returning the RV. If the tanks are not dumped before dropping off then you will be charged a $75 fee. If you prefer not to dump the black and gray tanks yourself then we will do it for you when you return the RV for a fee of $75. You may add this on at checkout.
- PERSONAL ITEMS REMOVED– Renter should double check all compartments (interior and exterior storage) to claim all items brought on board. Return or pickup of personal items would be the responsibility/expense of the renter. Items will not be held or returned.
- KEYS– All keys supplied to the renter must be returned.
